The TwainEndAllXfers syntax has these parts:

Returns
Boolean. True if success else False
Remarks
Before using this method check that the TWAIN state is 7 (TWAIN_TRANSFERRING) or 6 (TWAIN_TRANSFER_READY).
If success, the twain state must be 5 (TWAIN_SOURCE_ENABLED).
To get the TWAIN state, use the TwainGetState() method.
