Returns an available contrast value which can be used by the opened source in its current configuation.

Syntax

object.TwainGetAvailableContrastNo (nNumber)

The TwainGetAvailableContrastNo syntax has these parts:

Part Description
object Required. An object expression that evaluates to an object in the Applies To list.
nNumber Required. Long. Index of the available contrast value. Must be a value between 1 and TwainGetAvailableContrastCount() returned value.

Returns

Double. The selected contrast value.

Remarks

Before using this method check that the TWAIN state is >= 4 (TWAIN_SOURCE_OPEN)
To get the TWAIN state, use the TwainGetState() method.
