TwainGetCurrentThreshold Method

Returns the dividing line between black and white. This is the value the Source will use to threshold, if needed, when scanning B&W image.

Syntax

object.TwainGetCurrentThreshold ()

The TwainGetCurrentThreshold syntax has these parts:

Part Description
object Required. An object expression that evaluates to an object in the Applies To list.

Returns

Long. Current threshold value between 0 and 255. -1 If it is not supported by the current device (Use TwainGetLastResultCode() and TwainGetLastConditionCode() functions for diagnosing the error.)

Remarks

Before using this function check that the TWAIN state is >= 4 (TWAIN_SOURCE_OPEN)
To get the TWAIN state, use the TwainGetState() function.
